Which plans start billing at signup?
Starter, Growth, and Pro all start billing immediately after successful checkout. Enterprise is activated manually by our team.
Is my card charged during signup?
Yes. The selected plan amount is charged at checkout when you start a paid subscription.
Do you add markup on WhatsApp message rates?
Zero. We pass through Meta's published rates directly — what Meta charges is exactly what you pay. No platform markup, no hidden fees.
What are AI credits?
Each AI-generated reply sent to a customer uses 1 credit. Complex actions like order lookup + reply may use 2–3 credits. Credits reset monthly. Top-up packs never expire.
What does 'Remove branding' mean?
The live chat widget on your site shows a small 'Powered by Tarang AI' badge by default. Remove Branding hides this badge so the widget looks fully white-labeled.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard billing settings.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. All plans are month-to-month (or annual with 20% off). Cancel anytime.
